Description

The primary work is to resurface the final asphalt topping layer. The roads (Halcyon Dr, Herron Trl, Herron La, Herron Pass, Herron Point, and Herron Trace) within the subdivision to be resurfaced may have either existing concrete curb and gutter sections or will be flush with the shoulder of the road. The work includes all necessary preparation work (e.g., full depth patching and a single surface treatment). The roads will then have the final asphalt topping layer installed in a manner that will provide uniformity of the asphalt. Milling of the existing asphalt surface is not expected to be required for these roadways.
