Description

The roads (Palmview Court, Smithers Way, Talkeetna Court, Muskeg Court, and Cutbank Court) within the subdivision is to resurface the final asphalt topping layer. The roads within the subdivision to be resurfaced may have either existing concrete curb and gutter sections or will be flush with the shoulder of the road. The work includes all necessary preparation work (e.g., full depth patching and a single surface treatment). The roads will then have the final asphalt topping layer installed in a manner that will provide uniformity of the asphalt. The subject subdivison was topped through an earlier contract outside TSPLOST funding.
