Description

The roads (Deerfield Court, Deerfield Lane, Deerfield Trail, Dunmoreland Terrace, Dunmorlenad Court, East Hampton Court, Jerome Road, Jolly Road, Long Meadow Lane, Northfield Boulevard, Northfield Court, Southwick Court, Springfield Court, Sturbridge Way, Swansea Court, The Meadows Way, Warfield Court, Westfield Trail, Westford Circle, Westford Court, Westhill Circle, and Weststead Court) within the subdivision to be resurfaced may have either existing concrete curb and gutter sections or will be flush with the shoulder of the road. The work will include all necessary preparation work (e.g., full depth patching, milling, and single surface treatment). The roads will then be resurfaced in a manner that will provide uniformity of the asphalt. After resurfacing, all existing pavement markings such as line striping will be reinstalled.
