The City included adding multi-use paths along Spalding Drive as part of the T-SPLOST project. As part of the agreement with Gwinnett County, improvements will include a multi-use path along the south side of Spalding Drive, from Winters Chapel Road to River Exchange Drive, and a sidewalk on the north side of Spalding Drive from Winters Chapel Road to River Exchange Drive. The sidewalks will connect to the existing sidewalks on Holcomb Bridge Road and will provide enhanced connectivity to Crooked Creek Park and the surrounding neighborhoods.
