This project is for the construction of a midblock pedestrian crossing on Mid Broadwell Road at the intersection of Charlotte Drive. It includes a refuge area for pedestrians, installation of rectangular rapid flashing beacons (RRFBs), and 6' wide sidewalk along Mid Broadwell Road with approximately 70' length to provide connection to Charlotte Drive sidewalk.
