The roads (Ansted Lane, Butterfield Court, Butterfield Lane, Carisbrook Court, Earlhurst Road, Fox Hall Court, Greenbower Court, Greenbower Lane, Hallie Lane, Hickory Fox Court, Mapledale Lane, Marlborough Circle, Millsboro Lane, Neola Lane, Pennfair Lane, Peppermill Court, Peppermill Lane, Ravencliff Lane, Ravencliff Road, Rimel Lane, Rocky Springs Court, Shoppers Lane, Spicewood Court, Spicewood Court North, Spicewood Court South, Spicewood Lane, Stockdale Court, Turtle Bend Lane, and Winterside Lane) within the subdivision to be resurfaced may have either existing concrete curb and gutter sections or will be flush with the shoulder of the road. The work will include all necessary preparation work (e.g., full depth patching, milling, and single surface treatment). The roads will then be resurfaced in a manner that will provide uniformity of the asphalt. After resurfacing, all existing pavement markings such as line striping will be reinstalled.
