Description

Garnet Ave, Sapphire Bend, Topaz Rd and Feldspar Way) within the subdivision will have their final asphalt topping layer resurfaced. The work will include all the necessary preparation work which may include full depth of pavement patching and a surface treatment prior to final topping. Removal of the top asphalt layer (milling) is not expected to be required for these roadways. The roads will then be resurfaced with a uniform layer of asphalt in manner so as to provide uniformity of depth and a smooth transition to existing pavement. After resurfacing, all existing pavement markings such as line striping, crosswalks etc. will be reinstalled.
