Project will construct new operational improvements and some pedestrian facilities in various locations between SR-140/Holcomb Bridge Road and a point near Old Alabama Road in Johns Creek. The project runs along the city boundary between Roswell and Johns Creek. City of Johns Creek is the lead on the project and is paying the majority of the project costs, Roswell's share is only $1,000,000 million.

This project is being constructed in 2 Phases.
Phase 1 will widen Warsaw Road near Holcomb Bridge Road (SR 140) and add New (dual) left turn lanes on SR 140 Holcomb Bridge Road turning onto Warsaw Road. The project will also add new dual left turn lanes from southbound Warsaw Road turning left onto Holcomb Bridge Road eastbound. Phase 1 construction began in Spring 2021 and utility work is underway. Phase 1 of the project is currently on schedule and on budget.
Phase 2 will construct a new two-lane Complete Street Roadway including bike lanes, sidewalks, and multi-use path from Warsaw Road moving east on new alignment before crossing over GA-400 and then connecting to Old Alabama Road near Holcomb Woods Parkway. Design on Phase 2 is continuing and Construction is anticipated to begin in 2023. Funding spent may include funds paid to contractors/consultants or indicate encumbered funds set aside for future payments. Phase 2 is currently more than 90 days behind schedule. In December of 2023, the Mayor and Council voted to modify the project alignment back to the original 2016 alignment.
