Russell Road located in the City of Mountain Park has two 30 inch pipes that are deteriorated with the bottoms of the corrugated metal pipe gone. This is a very deep fill section and the pipes are over 20 below the surface of the road. The road is also the only way in and out for the houses past the pipes and if the road were to fail they would be forced to use the Dam emergency access road. The City of Mountain Park desires to have these pipes replaced while also keeping the road open to the public.
