| Project Description | The proposed Butner Road over Camp Creek includes improvements to the bridge that will extend to the Camp Creek Parkway edge of pavement on the south leg of the intersection. A new bridge is proposed to replace the existing near the Butner Road/Camp Creek Parkway intersection. The proposed bridge will be wide enough to accommodate two traffic lanes of 24-ft wide, 30'' curb and gutter and 12-ft wide pedestrian sidewalk on the west side to tie into a proposed multi-use trail off the bridge and 6-ft wide sidewalk on the east side. A turning lane will be designed off the bridge to finish free flow and stacking length up to the intersection with Camp Creek Parkway. |
