The roads (Ashdale Drive, Basswood Court, Buckhurst Drive, Buckhurst Trail, Buckhurst Way, Cedar Hurst Court, Cedar Hurst Trail, Cedar Hurst Way, Connell Road, Foxlair Drive, Foxlair Trail, Hidden Brook Court, Hidden Brook Trail, Hurst Point, Leisure Court, Leisure Lane, Leisure Trail, Medway Court, Pointer Court, Rockfort Court, Rockfort Drive, and Woodford Road) within the subdivision to be resurfaced may have either existing concrete curb and gutter sections or will be flush with the shoulder of the road. The work will include all necessary preparation work (e.g., full depth patching, milling, and single surface treatment). The roads will then be resurfaced in a manner that will provide uniformity of the asphalt. After resurfacing, all existing pavement markings such as line striping will be reinstalled. |
