The typical section includes 12' travel lanes, curb and gutter, a 10-foot multi-use path on the West side and a 6-foot wide sidewalk behind a 2-foot stamped concrete strip on the east side of Fairburn Road. Improvements also include bridge replacements at North and South Utoy Creek with bottomless culverts and turning lane improvements at the Fairburn Road/Cascade Road intersection.
