Jones) Tier 1 Pedestrian and Bike Improvements TSPLOST City of South Fulton Design Proposed project includes sidewalk facilities along both sides of Enon Road from just north of Lynarbor Lane and extends to Sanford J. Jones Boulevard for a distance of approximately 1.5 miles. Project features include adding 5-6 foot sidewalks along the west side, 8-ft. sidewalks along east side from Lynarbor Lane to Sanford J. Jones Boulevard. Drainage improvements, curb and gutter, and 2-foot stamped concrete is also included.
