JCR- 25 JCR-020 Medlock Bridge Road at State Bridge Improvements - Phase 1 Tier 1 Operation and Safety Improvements TSPLOST Johns Creek Completed This project will make improvements to the intersection of Medlock Bridge and State Bridge Road. Proposed improvements are adding a third southbound lane on SR 141/Medlock Bridge Road and a third eastbound and westbound lane on State Bridge Road.
