Location #2 û Atlanta Newnan Road: This portion of the project consists of Full Depth Reclamation of the existing road bed, HMA binder and topping course, shoulder building, grassing, striping and raised pavement markers on 1.5 miles of roadway beginning at Hutcheson Ferry Road and ending at the bridge at the Coweta County line.
