ROS- 3 Oxbo Road at SR9 Intersection Improvement Tier 1 Operation and Safety Improvements TSPLOST Roswell Construction Redesign of the intersection of Oxbo Road and SR 9 creating a full intersection and adding a new traffic signal. The new intersection will be rebuilt just south of the existing SR 9 at Oxbo Road intersection. The project also extends Oxbo Road west to connect directly to Mimosa Blvd which provides connectivity. The project also will link Oxbo Road to Pleasant Hill Street and Elm Streets.
